From pregnancy announcements to their first birthday, and all the milestones in between, I am here to document little your family's story with timeless portraits that all will enjoy for years to come. I know firsthand that being a parent can feel chaotic and the idea of getting everyone to sit and smile for a family photo is overwhelming. I strive to make my portrait sessions fun, laid back and true to your family. We will play, snuggle, and explore together to create beautiful portraits that perfectly capture this fleeting, beautiful season of life. Family photos typically last between 45 - 60 minutes and a re very child-led, so you won't be saying "cheese" for an entire hour. I promise!

The baby Plan Membership
The perfect option for families wanting updated photos together, this creative fee covers all planning leading up to your session, to include wardrobe and styling, location scouting, and more. It also includes my time & talent during your session and hand-editing your images, which are available for purchase in step II.
Schedule 2, 3 or 4 sessions within 18 months. The membership is ideal for a new baby's first year of life. Sessions can be used for maternity, newborn, baptism and milestone sessions (often 3 months, 6 months and 12 months). Your onetime fee includes everything included in a single session for up to four sessions, 25 custom cards, priority booking, plus 20% off your digital collections, which are available in step II.

All sessions take place on location, either at an outdoor location of your choice, in the comfort of your own home, or in a local studio in Downtown Richmond. In-home newborn sessions take place on weekday mornings only. Pricing subject to change, custom quotes and contract proposals are valid for 48 hours.

During your session, you'll notice me shooting with multiple cameras. This is because I am a hybrid film photographer, which means I shoot on both a digital camera as well as a film camera.
Film is my favorite medium to create beautiful portraits for my clients. here are a few reasons why: The colors are so rich and deep in a way that digital just can't match. A softer focus allows for smoother and creamier skin tones, perfectly hiding any imperfections. It's fine art look evokes luxury and quality. The way film renders light is magical. Even simple and mundane moments feel special on film
It's timeless. Film has been around for over a hundred years and is still considered the luxury medium for photography. You will enjoy your film images for years to come.

Do you remember the days visiting your grandparents, pouring over albums upon albums of family photos? Your parents' lives spread out on the pages before you. Photos leading to stories, leading to long-forgotten memories, recalling details from days long ago.
I do. It was always my favorite pastime visiting my grandma, the family documentarian. Now the task has passed down to me, documenting the days as they go by, keeping the record for my nieces and nephews, for my own children to come.
