Family, Mini Sessions, Richmond

For me, Autumn means cozy sweaters, big mugs of warm coffee, bonfires, colorful leaves, and fall mini portraits!! I love hosting mini portraits because I get to meet so many new families, as well as see returning clients from years’ past! Minis are a great excuse to document the latest stage in your family’s story. So much can happen in a year, children have a growth spurt, you get a new furry friend, or maybe you have a big announcement to make! Another great excuse for fall minis, you get to knock out your holiday card photo months in advance!

This year, I hosted fall minis at classic Libby Hill Park in Richmond. With an amazing view of the city, a gorgeous cobblestone walkway, and tons of lucious trees, what photographer wouldn’t love Libby Hill! And boy, did it deliver for me this fall. Take a look at some of our sweet families and the great view!

Holiday card ready!
Mini sessions are also ideal for couples just wanting some updated photos together, or to update a headshot or Instagram profile picture!
Minis are also great if you have a big announcement!

I only offer Mini Sessions twice a year in Richmond – be the first to know about upcoming Mini Sessions by subscribing to our newsletter!

Do you remember the days visiting your grandparents, pouring over albums upon albums of family photos? Your parents' lives spread out on the pages before you. Photos leading to stories, leading to long-forgotten memories, recalling details from days long ago.

I do. It was always my favorite pastime visiting my grandma, the family documentarian. Now the task has passed down to me, documenting the days as they go by, keeping the record for my nieces and nephews, for my own children to come.

Now think of your children, ten, twenty, fifty years from now. What will they have to look back on to remember a time they were too young to recall themselves.

It would be my honor to be your family's documentarian, too! Forever chronicling your journey together with timeless portraits that your family will enjoy for generations to come.

A photo is worth a thousand memories
